SHIPPING AND RETURNS

Order Confirmation:

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.  As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment.  If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail.  If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

Order Shipment:

If your order is stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five business days from the date of your order.  We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address your provide when checking out.  If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at orders@3dmakerspoint.com

Damages:

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery.  If your item(s) do arrived damaged, please send photos to returns@3dmakerspoint.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.

Returning an unopened product:

We offer a 30 day money back guarantee.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, in the original package and in the same condition that you received it. To complete your return, we require the order no. and proof of purchase
Gift cards are a non-returnable item and are exempt from being returned.
Only regularly priced items may be returned, Clearance items are final and cannot be returned.
By returning an unopened product within 30 days of purchase you are eligible to receive a full refund, credit or exchange for the same value.

Customer will be responsible for any shipping costs associated with returning an unopened product. If the product you are returning was shipped to you as part of our free shipping offer, the shipping costs originally paid by us in order to ship you the product, including any other related fees if any, will be deducted from your total refund or credit amount.

Returning an open product:

Open product can be returned only in case of a defective product. If the product you received is found to be defective during the first 30 days from the purchase date Or as per the product's manufacturer warranty, we will accept it back and will issue a full refund, credit or exchange. Please Submit a ticket to our support team. and our Support Team will be in contact with you to determine if a product is defective ,our team will be asking for detailed description, pictures, videos etc.
All shipping costs associated with a defective product will be covered by 3dmakerspoint.com
Please note that 3dmakerspoint.com will not be responsible for any damage caused by unattended 3d printers
